We, ROFINA MARKETING (M) SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 199601011587 (383936-A)), apologise unreservedly to Burberry Limited for our unauthorised commercial dealings with goods bearing one or more of the following trademarks:-
(“BURBERRY Marks”)
We acknowledge the harm caused to Burberry Limited since such unauthorised sales of the goods amount to an infringement of the BURBERRY Marks as well as passing off.
We have undertaken to Burberry Limited that we have, among others, ceased sales of all the said goods as well as not to further infringe or pass off or commercially deal with goods bearing any of the BURBERRY Marks in the future.
